Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Orders that have already entered the shipping preparation stage or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy for Nicotine-Containing Products

Nicotine-containing vape products are personal import items and are subject to safety, hygiene, and customs-related restrictions.

For this reason, returns or exchanges for personal reasons are generally not accepted unless the product has a clear quality issue, was sent incorrectly, or is missing from the order.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted in the following situations:

You do not like the flavor.
The product experience does not match your personal preference.
The product has been opened or used.
The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
The delivery failed because the customer did not cooperate with customs clearance or local delivery.
The order exceeded personal import quantity limits.
The request was submitted after the after-sales period.
The issue is not related to product quality.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, missing item, or product that does not work properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Product name
Description of the issue
Photos or videos of the product
Photos of the outer packaging if applicable

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
